Marketing Coordinator
Mosaic Associates Architects is seeking candidates to join our team as an Architect 2 and grow with our firm. Our offices are in the historic Frear Building in energetic downtown Troy, NY.

Requirements
5+ years related experience
B Arch or other qualified path to licensure required
Architectural Registration or demonstrated experience and talent
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required
Educational facility experience is a plus
Responsibilities
Managing projects and project teams through all phases of design and construction
Working with clients as the main client contact
Developing and documenting design solutions
Creating presentation drawings
Code review and specifications
Working with consultants to produce fully coordinated drawings
Verification of existing building conditions, which may include climbing ladders, walking roofs, and measuring and photographing all indoor and outdoor spaces
Compiling project submission (permit) paperwork as required by various public and private entities
Participating in project presentations and interviews
Managing construction administration, including submittal review, maintaining construction administration logs, development of construction proposal requests, reviewing contractor proposals and issuing allowance authorizations and change orders, and reviewing and signing contractor payment applications
